All Ocean Time charters are 100% private. Your group will have the boat and crew exclusively to yourselves, ensuring a personalized, relaxed, and crowd-free experience on the water.
What is included in the charter price?
Your charter includes a licensed and experienced captain, professional crew, fuel, safety equipment, and all necessary gear for your chosen activity (fishing tackle or snorkeling equipment). We also provide ice, water, and light refreshments. Specific inclusions may vary by charter type, and we’re happy to confirm details before booking.
Do I need fishing experience to book a fishing charter?
Not at all. Ocean Time welcomes anglers of all experience levels, from first-timers to seasoned fishermen. Our crew provides full instruction, guidance, and assistance, making fishing fun and accessible for beginners while still delivering an exciting experience for experienced anglers.
Where do your tours depart from in the Cayman Islands?
Our charters primarily depart from marinas on Grand Cayman. The exact departure location and meeting instructions will be provided after booking to ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your trip.
What should I bring with me on the boat?
We recommend bringing sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, towels, a camera or phone, and any personal medications (including motion sickness remedies if needed). Food and alcoholic beverages are welcome unless otherwise noted—please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any.
What is your cancellation and weather policy?
Safety is our top priority. If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, Ocean Time will work with you to reschedule your charter or provide a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy (provided at booking). Guest-initiated cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window, which will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
